This facilitates the posting of job listings. Interface is included to allow members to apply for jobs directly from the site.

·         Companies can also create profiles of themselves.

·         OilPals provides free listings or both free and paid listings.

·         OilPals Premium Jobs adds the ability for the site owner to charge for posting job listings and to make listings featured.

·         It also integrated google maps with street views.

Paid Job Listings

OilPals provides free as well as paid job listing services.

Job packages – there are different job packages with different benefits including:

A) allow videos

B) allow photos

C) allow sounds

D) allow files

E) number of days a listing will show for

Possibility to have both free and paid packages. In addition to paid packages, admin can create promotional packages that allows the posting of free listings for a specific length of time.

Re-Listing and Package Extension

At any time after a listing expires, the owner can extend the length of time it is listed for or choose to re-list the listing. This is very convenient as it prevents the member from having to create the listing from scratch again. During re-listing, a different package can be chosen if desired.

Free Job Listings

Admin has the ability to create promotional packages that allows the free listing of jobs for a specified length of time.

Paid Featured Job Listings

For full job listings benefits there may be a fee for placing job as featured and/or job listings with multiple photos, video etc.

Integrated Google Maps (v3)

·         Google maps with street view on job view page

·         Google maps with street view on job main page that shows properties within a stated distance from an address (configurable in miles or km).

Facebook Comments

Includes integration with facebook to allow members to post facebook comments.

Social Sharing

Allows sharing of the job listing on twitter, facebook and other popular networks

Global States/Regions

This is not limited to a single country. The mod includes a listing of states/regions for all countries. When adding an job listing, the state field is automatically populated upon selection of a country.

Jobs Listings Localization

You can search job listings based on location. An additional section lists all countries in the world. Upon selection of a country, all regions in that country are displayed. Upon selection of a region, the listings occurring at that location are displayed.

Reminders

Reminders will be sent to the listing owner a preset number of days before the listing expires and/or a preset number of days after the listing expires.

Job seekers

·         When listing a job, you can choose whether you are a job provider or seeker

·         There is a section that allows browsing of wanted jobs.

·         Wanted jobs can be featured. Featured wanted jobs are displayed on main page

Job Application

·         Application form allows job applicants to submit cover letter and attach resume.

·         Interface the allows the job admins to manage received applications.

·         Job admin(s) can broadcast messages to all applicants for a job listing.
